About Us
Kenesiyah Worship Centre was founded in the early 2000s as a result of a sincere desire to uphold biblical truth as understood through Scripture.
Our roots trace back to the Church of God 7th Day tradition. In 1983, a group separated from the Church of God 7th Day Jerusalem to form Mt. Zion Church of God 7th Day, mainly due to differences concerning the observance of the biblical Feast Days.
In 2001, Elder Isaiah Segem began teaching what is commonly known as the Holy Names teaching, emphasizing the use of the original biblical names in worship and prayer. This brought significant discussion and disagreement, and later he and his followers were expelled.
Following this separation, Elder Isaiah Segem and his followers established Kenesiyah Worship Centre as a place of worship dedicated to honoring God according to their understanding of Scripture.
Since then, Kenesiyah Worship Centre has continued to grow as a community of believers committed to worship rooted in Scripture, faithfulness to biblical teachings, fellowship, discipleship, and spiritual growth.
Our mission is to serve Yahuah faithfully, teach His Word truthfully, and build a community that walks in obedience, love, and holiness.
Our Vision
Our vision at Kenesiyah is to be a spiritually vibrant and growing community of believers in the Rift Valley and beyond, grounded in the Word of Yahuah and the teachings of Yahusha.
We envision a church where every member is empowered to grow spiritually, serve selflessly, and impact their families, communities, and the wider society with the love, truth, and guidance of Yahuah.
Ultimately, our vision is to see Kenesiyah become a beacon of hope, a place of transformation, and a sanctuary where all who seek Yahuah can experience His love, guidance, and blessings.
Our Mission
At Kenesiyah, our mission is to guide people into a closer, personal relationship with Yahuah and Yahusha, living lives that reflect His love, mercy, and truth.
We are committed to teaching the Word of Yahuah faithfully, observing the Sabbath on Saturday, and following the Ten Commandments as a foundation for righteous living.
We seek to create a strong, supportive, and spiritually nourishing community in the Rift Valley, where believers of all ages can grow in faith, knowledge, and devotion.
Our mission is to inspire a generation of believers who are grounded in the Word, committed to the commandments, and dedicated to living a life that honors Yahuah.
